About Natalie
Natalie Nutter, our founder and chief innovator, has traveled an indirect road to being the leader in franchise sales leads today. Her experience, while varied, had set the foundation for success long before she was even aware of the need for a higher-quality lead generation technology and process.
She started her career in a different field entirely. After being one of 10 women total to graduate in her year at Purdue University with a degree in Mechanical Engineering, she started a 15-year stint in Mechanical Design Automation. Her efforts in the field helped propel her company Rasna Corporation to the number three spot on Inc. Magazine’s 100 fastest growing companies list. Later, Rasna Corporation sold for $500 million.
Next, Natalie decided to try her hand at Business Automation Design in software development. She joined the start-up team for Blue Martini Software and was instrumental in the company’s public offering just two years later with a $400 Billion peak market cap.
In the mid 2000s, Natalie had transitioned to a franchise consultant. She quickly grew frustrated at the quality of franchise sales leads she received. She felt that she spent too much time qualifying and chasing down individuals then she did actually closing business. Her experience with automation of both mechanical design and business systems helped her to analyze the franchise sales lead generation process with a new perspective and then optimize it for her success.
